Elvis would have been 77 this year, and the Reverend is all shook up

CALGARY - The Reverend Bruce Sheasby (or the Reverend Elvis, if you prefer) loves The King that much, he named his Sunday Hotel service, which is currently in Calgary, "Your Grace Land".

The ordained minister and Elvis tribute artist says "Grace is a timeless bridge that makes people feel deeply connected. It accepts all people regardless of their beliefs or religious background... just like the music of Elvis!"

Rev Elvis' motto is "Faith is Fun!" He is less interested in traditional religion and more about connecting people with the message and music of Grace.

His annual Rev Elvis and Friends Blue Christmas benefit has raised over $165,000 for charities in the last 5 years and has included Jewish, Muslim, Christian and Aboriginal artists and charities.

Having recorded and performed with Elvis' original back-up group, Elvis' Imperials, Rev. Elvis is also the author of the forthcoming book "Living in Your Own Grace Land."
